Natural Anti-Oxidant Research and Innovation

Anti-oxidants are substances that prolong the shelf life of food by delaying the oxidation process. Today, most synthetic anti-oxidants are used to arrest deterioration of foods but these synthetic antioxidants are viewed as a threat to health. Kancor is creating a range of natural antioxidants, which are as effective, and sometimes better, than synthetic ones. We have attempted to understand customer requirements and performed application studies to test the solutions for oxidation management problems. Our team was able to harmonise the various shelf life enhancement requirements of customers into anti-oxidant solutions.
