Quality Assurance / Quality Control departments of Kancor are well equipped with laboratory facilities to perform all the active ingredient analysis requirement of Customer. Qualified and trained technicians are available to perform the analysis. ASTA proficiency and internal proficiency test are conducted to ensure the competency of the technicians. Standard analytical methods are used to perform the analysis. QA supports the buying decision, RM analysis, in-process and finished goods analysis to meet the stringent quality and food safety requirement of customer and regulatory bodies.

Kancor’s Labs are equipped with sophisticated equipments to meet the current food safety requirement.

Certifications:

Kancor’s food safety management system based on FSSC-22000 (Food safety system certification) a GFSI (Global food safety initiative) bench marked standard. Our all facilities are FSSC-22000 certified.

Kancor Angamaly Unit is implemented and certified for ISO 9001, FSSC-22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 50001 by BSI. Kancor Angamaly unit is also certified for Kosher by Orthodox Union and Halal by IFANCA & MUI

Kancor Byadgi Unit is implemented and certified for ISO 9001, FSSC-22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 14001, and BS OHSAS 18001 by BSI. Kancor Byadgi unit is also certified for Kosher by Orthodox Union and Halal by IFANCA.
